Drinking water at the right time will maximize its benefits to your body. To help activate your internal organs, drink two glasses of water after waking up. To help your digestive system, drink one glass of water thirty minutes before taking a meal. To help lower your blood pressure, drink one glass of water before taking a bath. To avoid stroke or heart attack, drink one glass of water before you sleep.
