You will need: Gym clothes, gym 
Step 1: Go running, Step 2: Cycle, Step 3: Swim, Step 4: Box or spar, Step 5: Play racquetball or a similar sport, Step 6: Row, Step 7: Jump rope

15 minutes up. pag more than 15 min, dun pa lang ginagamit ng katawan ang energy from fat. 8-)
